A Juried Art Show and Sale

 

 

Friday, Saturday, & Sunday, June 14, 15, and 16, 2024

Fellowship Hall

Opening Night Reception 6-9 pm - Awards at 7:30 pm.

 Artists are encouraged to submit works in the following categories:

Acrylic

Pastel 

Watercolor 

 Oil 

Fine Crafts 

Graphics 

Mixed Media 

Sculpture

There will be "Best of" awards of $150 for each category

as well as the "Best in Show" award of $1500.

 

2024 Juror: Dick McAvoy

 

Dick McEvoy is an oil and pastel painter who traces his roots back to the influences of two of his favorite art movements – Impressionism and Abstract Expressionism. 

Dick is a former President of the Connecticut Pastel Society and a former Board Member of the Pastel Society of America, and Dick’s work is in over 350 Private and Corporate collections. He has traveled extensively for his art and has exhibited in France (Normandy, Giverny, and Provence), Florence Italy, Taipei Taiwan, and in numerous locations across the northeastern U.S.

 

All sales benefit the mission outreach of the congregation.
